There is a problem with the ADITI invenotory servers messing up the viewer's cache. The Lindens are putting a feature in to force use of seperate viewer caches for AGNI and ADITI.

You have hit the problem and corrupted your viewers inventory cache. Unfortunately ONLY the Lab can fix the mess. File a support ticket and state that you use ADITI.

The quick work around is to use a viewer just for ADITI and never use it on AGNI. 

The longer fix is to create a new shortcut for your favorite viewer that is for ADITI and use the main link for AGNI. See: Viewer parameters.
