Whatever happened to the Lolo?

I've been off the grid for a long long time, and was sad to find upon my return that the Lolo Pet store and its fantastic surrounds is no longer there.

Where is Wade? Whatever happened to the Lolo, and has anything new and wonderful been built to fill the void?
