I posted the details on my blog, http://wartybliggensthetoad.blogspot.com, entry of July 27th, 2015. Basically just use the "rezz a cube, push it through the wall, and teleport to it" trick, but I thought I would post the information here for anyone who is new or who (like myself) has forgotten. (Added - yes, I know there are other ways. I just like my way.)
