Requirement to create a store?

It says i don't meet the requirements but also doesn't say what the requirements are?

Can some one explain it to me please? As i want to try selling clothing on SL for first time.

An account must be at least 5 days old to create a store (become a Merchant) on the Marketplace. So try again 5 days later.

There is doccumentation. See the Knowledge Base ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Selling-in-the-Marketplace/ta-p/700193#Section_.4.2 ):

Note: Your account must be at least five days old before you may create a store in the Second Life Marketplace.
