is anyone familiar with the GCS( combat system)?

is anyone  familiar with the GCS( combat system)? I'm trying to figure out how to restore my armor to full strength  

just started using this hud and have very little information about it however one thing is clear u have to 

be able to restore your armor, any information would be appreciated

You might try asking in the Role Play forum.  That's a pretty popular system, so some of the gamers who hang out there should be able to help.
