cannot take a picture, wont save to profile, nothing, used to work help

Been on SL and used to use SL viewer, found I liked the Phoenix Viewer way better, right now the latest update is a BETA in which I see a lot of peeps have. ANyhow I used to take pictures and save to profile, about 2 and a half months ago I cannot do anything with my pictures EXCEPT pay the 10 LIndens and have it save to my inventory. I need some help please, I want to be able to take pictures again, and I thank you in advance. I have looked in these blogs trying to search and rectify this.

Try asking in the Firestorm Suppor English group in world.

If it's just since you installed the beta version, you might want to reinstall the last public release.  The download is on the Firestorm website.

Looks like it costs to save pics to the inventory now check out http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Taking_snapshots and scroll down to What about the other save options? it says it's 10L per pic now
