You most certainly do need to be able to emote...but not in text.  In fact, you'll need to be an actress.  Your success depends on how well you can flirt, tease, and, well, fake an orgasm.  And yes, it helps a lot to be young, slim, and pretty...although a small number of kinky guys prefer overweight girls.
