how can i make an custom pony AO?

does anybody know how to make a custom AO for this instance i wanted to make one for a pony could anybody explain how to start and what to use in steps?

First, you would need custom animations, made to fit your pony. 

Second, you would need to have some way to adjust the position of your av on the pony.

Third, you would need to write or customize an AO script that sends appropriate commands to your pony, to apply your anims and to control the pony's movements.

All of those things are usually done by whoever creates, scripts, and animates an object like a pony.  It's difficult for someone to come in later and adapt their own system, because they'd need to know how the pony's creator intended it to move.  If you are the creator, you could build the entire system from scratch.  It's not a job for an amateur, though.  It takes fairly advanced scripting skills.
