What I have to do to construct my house? The game help isn't working for me.

First you have to have land to put your house on. You can buy or rent land.  It will cost you $L's as it is the one thing you can't get for free.  Read more about it here.

You can build a house in a sandbox, but can't live in a sandbox.  To find a sandbox just search for 'sandbox'.

How to build it a whole subject that is too long to answer here.  You should take free building classes in world to start with. 

Caledon University and Builders Brewery are two places you can go to take a class in land management and building.
