texture discard setting

How do I set the texture discard setting to 0 in Firestorm?

I've never heard of such a setting so I searched the Firestorm wiki for an answer.  However no such setting was found.  

Please try to descripe what the setting you are referring to is for or what it does to receive more help.  More than likely you aren't using the right terminology.

Activate the Advanced menu in the top menu bar with CTRL+ALT+D.

Advanced -> Show Debug Settings -> TextureDiscardLevel -> Click the "Reset to default" button (zero is default).
