How do I load my AO into  my Firestorm viewer?

Your AO doesn't know which viewer you are using, and it doesn't care.  As far as it's concerned, all viewers are alike.  After all, it's not connected to the viewer in any way (unless it's the Firestorm AO -- see below**).  It is being controlled by LSL scripts that run in the Linden Lab servers. So, just follow the instructions that came with your AO.  Unless you have had to customize it in some way, you should be able to just right click on it in your inventory and select WEAR.
