Permissions in editing land

Hi there, I am feeling a bit dumb having to ask this question but I cannot find anywhere the check box to allow others to edit my land. I have given access to edit my possesions but I want my friend to edit my land and where there used to be a box to tick to allow everyone to edit my land is just nothing.. am I missing something?

I think you will have to form a group,

deed the land to the group, 

give anyone you want to terraform a role with land edit authority

Be sure that you are the sole owner of the group so that you can get the land back if  you want to

Caution: When you deed land to your group, set the your objects to the group before you set autoreturn. Otherwise they will be returned to you.

AFAIK also "set" the land to the group
