Second Life is not the Sims. There is no build-in option for an avatar to get pregnent. But you will be able to find a huge amount of huds, attachments and other things to enhance a roleplay pregnancy. How it works in detail depends on the specific product you are buying. Or you simply go to the marketplace and buy a baby and skip the whole pregnancy.
