how can i get my avatar names that i have forgotten?

I had my avatars lited in a document. I was offline due to chemo and during that time lost the list from my computer .Is there a way to get a list using my email account?

Yes, but it's not simple.  You'll need to file a Support Case with Linden Lab.  Use Account Issue as the type.  LL will ask you to provide more information than just the email account to prove that you are who you claim to be.

there is also another way:

you can enter your email and LL will send the name to that adress. This works only with the last avatar you registered to that adress, and if that adress is still in use.

So if you have more, you have to change the emailadress for the one you recovered.
