avi skin help - 3 different colours

My Avi is 3 different colours ---- lower body is light brown, upper body is light pink, face is white.

 

i have tried to give them all the same white black texture, the same colour settings, etc. but this still makes no difference. i have even bought a number of skins & they are still different colours.

 

does my avi have a bug? ive checked all settings & removed all clothing/skins/etc
