avatar head backwards on body how do i fix?

hey i went to a linden labs sand box and sudenly my avi's head is on backwards on the body! how do i fix this?

I've had this happen, usually when adjusing my look on a pose stand.

If Me/Movement/Stop Animations does not work, just re-log.
