Tethering Items.

I ended up Tethering one of my items to my neck and i forgot how to undo it so i could take it off... 

 

it's weird, since the item is called "[Tethered] 1 Collar - My Heart is Caged - Nightfall"

"Tethering"?  Do you mean "wearing"?  If so, take it off the same way that you take off clothing or anything else that is attached to you:  Right click on it and select "Detach" or find it in your inventory and do the same thing.

If you really mean that you are using RLV and are wearing a collar of some kind, you can either disable RLV in Firestorm or whatever third Party viewer you are using, and then detach the collar, or you can simply log on with the standard Linden Lab viewer and detach it.
