Old or dead Avatar?

I have reentered Second Life after being gone for over 6 years, how do I get a new Avatar?  My old Avatar does not seem to exist anymore?

if you have been away for really long time, your inventory will be gone.

You can use the library part of the inventory as provided by LL, there are several avatars in there.

If you want a more decent appearance... go shop shop shop.....

What do you mean? You obviously have acess to your account or you wouldn't be able to post with it here. Just install a current version of the SL viewer (or any functional third party viewer) and log in.

If you have a different problem, you might want to add more information to your question by editing it.

The same thing just happened to me..I guess i just need to start a new account because I can't seem to go anywhere or do anything.
