How do I use restrained love on firestorm?

Like on Phoenix I could use it. But on firestorm I can't even see the chain when I leash to someone on the RLV collars. But then someone else on Firestorm could see the chain. How do I fix this? And how do I use the RLV commands on firestorm?

You need to enable it in your preferences.

Preferences > Firestorm > General = Allow Scripted Viewer Controls (RLVa)

You need to relog after changing that setting.
