This has been happening to me for about some weeks now, I teleport to a place(not a specific one), and appear without attachments... either clothes, or HUDS... what is going on? is this normal? it is annoying having to re-add everything everytime :matte-motes-dont-cry:

It's not normal, but it's not unheard of either.  Teleporting from one region to another is a stressful process.  The severs in one region have to pass off all information about your avatar to the servers in the other region -- sort of like logging you out of one region and into the next.  If someone were watching the server statistics while that's happening, they'd see a brief drop in performance. 

All of this is a background way of saying that if anything is ever going to go wrong with your avatar, that's a likely time for it to happen.  If your Internet connection is a little tenuous, or if the region's servers are unsteady, some data don't get passed properly.  There's not a lot you can do if it's a problem in SL servers.  If it's on your end, you can reboot your router and modem, avoid using wireless, and examine all cables and connections to be sure they are in good shape.
