0 NatalyaCrump
Hello, Raydeon There are some very useful instructions on how to do thinks in the Knowledge Base. Here is the link to show you, including how to unpack boxes and to wear things - like your furry avatar. https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Controlling-your-avatar-s-appearance/ta-p/700709 https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Second-Life-Quickstart/ta-p/1087919
0 Muletta
Hi Raydeon First you have to unpack the furry avatar from the box. - If you click in your tool bar, SEARCH, and type SANDBOX, you can tp to there, and drag the furry-box to the ground. Then click on the box, and select OPEN, and then COPY TO INVENTORY. Now your furry avatar is unpacked, and you will find it in your inventory as a folder. Then Right-click on each item in that folder, which looks like a box or a small person, and select WEAR, and your shape and skin will change to the new furry ava. If you are wearing a mesh-avatar now, you have to take off your alpha, which is a kind of invisible "shield" which cover your body...In your inventory, there is a button, named: worn items...hit that button, and if you see anything named alpha, right-click on it, and select DETACH. I hope this will help you... In fact, to change avatar-look, is practically the same, as to change clothes.
