Avatar account log in problem.

Second life viewer logs in my wife with a lot of items on her and it freezes and crashes her. 

She has tried character test butthe items keep coming back on her. 

She has tried changing outfits before she fully rezed and still no luck. 

She has triedtaking everything off and nothing. 

She has done everything she can to get back to her second life viewer. 

But regardless ofwhat she puts herself in on other viewers when she logs into 

Second Life Viewer it happens all over again. How can we getthis to stop and get her back to our favorite viewer?
