Problem with Adobe Illustartor graphics editor.

Greetings!

I have an Illustrator СС2014 .ai file and i suppose that it is damaged becuase i can't open the file (unknown error has occurred).  Please advise me some program or tool which fix adobe illustrator damaged files.

Second Life doesn't allow in-world uploads in *.ai format.

Try PNG, TGA or JPG.

If all you're trying to do is open the image in Illustrator, then... try Google or the Adobe forums. Given the incompatibility between SL and AI, seeking help elsewhere is likely going to be more rewarding. There probably aren't many AI-knowers here.

You d better ask this question on Adobe forum. Instead of tools or programs i can advise you to use online service

Just go to service, upload it and get your recovered data

Or if any steps couldn't aid you:

1) Open the preferences file and look for the entry named "enableContentRecovery", change the value from 0 to 1. This turns on the feature.
2)  Launch Illustrator and choose "File>Open". Select the file from which you wish to recover the roundtrip information.
3) Click "OK" while holding down the command, shift and option keys (control, shift and alt on Windows)
