Getting started w/ photography: Blogs, hints, groups, etc, please

Hi, everyone.

I'm just getting started with SL photography. I've been doing it for about a month, now. And I want to get more "serious" about it. I've found flickr. you can see my work here.

I'm looking for suggestions on in-world groups I should join, blogs I should read, and anything else that might be helpful getting started and to learn more.

Find out about different types of lighting, windlight, projected lights and so on and then try reproducing different types of portrait lighting as these examples http://digital-photography-school.com/6-portrait-lighting-patterns-every-photographer-should-know/

Search youtube for tutorials for retouching sl photos, there are quite a few that I found useful.
