Now I ran into a problem: I posed my ava quite nicely, using IK for the legs, but now would like to use FK to adjust some limbs. This does not work, because if I switch off IK, the ava returns to its T-pose. Is there a way to "bake" or apply a IK pose to the FK Armature, so I could continue to work on the pose with FK?
