money disappeared

J'ai transféré 1000 l$ entre deux avatars mais la somme a disparu : l'avatar payé n'a rien recu, et l'avatar payeur n'a plus l'argent. Comment retrouver l'argent ? A qui m'adresser ?

perhaps did you pay to somebody with the same name the others use as display name?...

If it got to wrong people you are dependend on them to get it back.

There are two things that might have caused this.

1.  The avatar you were trying to pay was in Busy (Unavailable) mode.  In this case the money is lost.

2.  You paid the wrong avatar.  There are several ways this could happen.  Check your $L Transaction History in the Account section of this web site to see where the payment went.  If you paid the wrong person, all you can do is send them a request to return the money.

2. Vous avez payé l'avatar incorrecte. Il y a plusieurs facons cela pourrait se produire. Vérifiez votre $ Histoire L des transactions dans la section Compte de ce site web pour voir où le paiement est allé. Si vous avez payé la mauvaise personne, tout ce que vous pouvez faire est d'envoyer leur demande de rendre l'argent.
