what is 'login failed we are unable to complete your request at this time' ?

help me please i cant login my account

One possibility is that the region where you try to log in is down. If so, try to log in to a different region by specifying one in the login location field on the login screen.

Hi LilyMoon,

That account name has been dropped from search so if you did not delete the account, then LL has suspended it for some reason.  If it was a premium account, they would suspend it for not paying the renewal fee, you should have had an email.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and without logging in, submit the ticket called "Reactivate an old account".
