Why does it say "Payment Info Used" in someone's profile if they haven never submitted payment info?

If someone doesn't submit payment information, why would it say "Payment Info Used" in their profile? I have a couple of friends where this is the case. Should they be concerned for their accounts?

Welcome to Second Life Answers.

Your friends need to take a look at this page to check what information they have given to Linden Lab. Maybe they forgot they gave payment information. Or are just telling you a white lie that they have no payment information.

Actually they might not have given LL any info.  You get 'payment info used' automatically when you buy something on marketplace.
