Re opened an old account,and can't put adult onto it. user info under 16 it keeps saying. Help!

Re opend my old sl account, and can't make my account allow me to use adult settings.

Sl keeps saying that the age I insurted is under 16. That doesn't seam right  when the account is 3 years old.

So the age I mput can't be 16 if the account is that old.

 

How do I fix this and if I can't fix this myself, who can I call?

You'll have to file a support case.  Use Help/Support at the upper right of this page, and use Account Issue as the issue type.  You will probably be asked to send a scanned copy of an official document (driver's license or birth certificate) that shows your Real Life age.
