It won't let me change my profile picture.

So i took a snapshot and i can't find a program that lets me open it in it and change it to .jpg  :L i don't know what to do it won't let me upload any pictures

Hello Malaspina. You are not the only. Several users have exactly the same problem today. My feeling is that it 's something temporal, maybe a glitch and i hope soon LL to fix it.

I'm having a similar problem, except I tried to change my profile picture and now it won't let me put in any picture.  So they are still having issues with profile pictures I guess.
