I recnetly changed my linden home. I cant access the control panel now.

I recently changed my linden home.  I got a new and now i cant change the settings (no blinds or lights etc etc).  I was wondering if thats a common occurence and while can i expect it to be fixed?  I submitted a ticket but have no heard back as yet.
