Question

I forget my password. Firefox saved it, so i can get into it via browser, but sadly i cannot viewer.

I tried to go into firefox and find the autofill password info. Sadly could not.

The email it send my change pass is old and cannot get into.

Was hoping i could call, give my security Q and get my pass.

But do not know the number.

So if someone could please lend a hand i would truly love such.

Thank you and sorry.

Stated above i cannot get into my email. So i would not be able to get the ticket number it would send me. Even if i could. The only one i could file it under is (web) Login issues. And stated if filed wrong will not/might not be read.

Go to this page  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/   and submit a Support Case.

You will probably be asked to provide proof that you are who you claim to be, such as a copy of your birth certificate or drivers license.

Next time, remember to WRITE DOWN your avatar name, password, email address used, and secret question/answer and keep them in a safe place.

If Firefox saved your password, then you can get it easily.  While you're in Firefox, click the Tools menu and then Options >>> Security.  Click the Saved Passwords.... button and the Show Passwords.  Your password should be there if it was saved.
