How do I contact linden lab about the message on my account?

There's nothing to "fix". Your Premium account is prepaid, so if you have decided that you want to downgrade to a basic account, you'll still be a Premium member until the end of the period that you have paid for -- presumably March next year.  You will still be able to use Premium sandboxes until then, and you'll still get your weekly L$300 stipend and have access to Live Chat and all categories of support cases. You'll also get the winter Premium gift and be able to go to all the regions that are only open to Premium members. The only thing you won't be able to do while your downgrade is pending is own property on the Mainland, including a Linden Home. 

If that's not what you intended, contact Live Chat and ask them to "fix" it.  Otherwise, relax. :smileywink:

As Rolig points out, Linden Lab does not give refunds for unused time on a Premium membership.

One thing you could do is cancel your downgrade.  You may need to contact Billing in order to do this.  Then you would be able to get another Linden Home, and enjoy all the other benefits of your Premium membership.  If you still want to downgrade, do it a few days before the March renewal date.  But be sure not to miss the renewal date; if you do, your membership will be automatically renewed for another period, and your payment method will be charged.
