I log on normally, I see my avatar it's in a crouching position, can't move... I can't even see my favorite locations. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it still nothing please help!

SL seems crazy today. Rolling restart.

I have had weird experiences too the entire day, so give it some time, and things may soon be normal again

Muletta's advice is good.

Before going crazy and ripping your computer or viewer install appart, check the Grid Status, ask in a large group like Firestorm Support, consider if there is a rolling restart happening, and as you did, ask here.

Any number of things can happen to cause weird behavior in SL that are NOT releated to your computer or viewer.

Muletta might be right.  RC regions were restarted this morning.  The way to test that theory is to log in at another region, like Smith, that is not in the RC channel. 

If you haven't tried it using the Stop Animation feature yet, you might give it a shot.  It's in the Me menu in the standard viewer.
