The answer is really easy.  "We" are not Linden Lab.  This is a resident-to-resident Answers site. Lindens never come here, and we have absolutely no way to do anything about your account or your group membership.  After all, we are residents, just like you.

Also, note that the TOS (sect. 6) says, "We [Linden Lab] are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users."  You're going to have to sort this one out between you.

Hello Kaylee.  You have, I'm sorry to say, made a number of mistakes here.

  1. You should edit your post to remove the name of the person you believe wronged you.  Naming names is against the forum rules and could get you in trouble.
  2. "We" are not Linden Lab employees.  This is a resident-to-resident help forum and Linden Lab employees never come here.  We cannot do anything to help you directly.  We are just residents like you and can only offer advice.
  3. No one in the group Owner role can be removed from that role or ejected from the group, even by another group owner.  I do not know whether you accidentally left the group or if there was some glitch.  If you feel there was a mistake or an exploit, you should file a Support Case and let Linden Lab investigate.
  4. Even if it turns out that someone used an exploit to do this, it's unlikely that LL will restore you as a group owner.  They do not get involved in resident-to-resident disputes.  Your best bet may be to form a new group, and invite your friends to leave the old group and join your new one.  This time, DO NOT give anyone else the Owner role, unless she is your own alt.
