you can not unban yourself. Only the landowner can, if it's on a parcel/region

and only LL can when its SL wide. But..... if you have a total ban you'r not allowed to create new accounts. So if you contact them you most likely will get a ban on the other too, or a ip ban so all will be blocked.

Use the support portal, login as a guest, and follow the prompts.

 

Easy.  and see what LL come back with.

 

Or, if a specific area of land, ask the land owner.
