Question

: hello there, I was wondering if there was any way if you could find a transaction back in my history, Its about Couple Dance Ball ( heart shaped), I've lost it in my inventory and I tried to contact the creator but she says I need an transaction history from it. But in my account I can't go back that far and its an L11963 so I would love to have it back. This is a lot of money for an item. Please help me out

You can't! The detailed Transaction History is only kept 32 days. Even LL doesn't have access to it [that way we do] after this time. They have a record that they can access for resolving fraud.

But this said, the merchant usually has a complete transaction history via their in-world Vendor System. Most of the high ends vendor products have this feature. It usually keeps a historical record of the transactions, and emails the merchant. If you merchant says they don't then...

If you purchased the Dance Ball via the Market Place you are in luck!!! See below.

If you want to review your Account History/Statements you can do that by following this link:

If you want to review your MarketPlace Order History, it is available from the first purchase you made to the current date. The link is below:

Before going to the seller and asking for a new copy...have you done everything possible to find it?

If you rezzed it in world, it may have gotten "lost" either during the rez process or due to a region restart or because the land owner returned your stuff.  It may be found in one of two places.

  1. In world, at region coordinates 0,0,0.  Lost items often wind up here.
  2. In your inventory in the Lost and Found folder.  If more than one object was returned, they may be lumped together in a single "coalesced object."  It could have any name, often just "object" and has the inventory symbol of a stack of little cubes.  Go to a sandbox and rez the coalesced object.  Everything will reappear in the relative positions that they were in when they were last rezzed.

If the item, or the folder it was in, has disappeared, you may be having inventory cache issues.  See this link for things to do to get that corrected.  http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear
