blackmail?? mostly means they know something about you that's not supposed to be public...

and publicing private information is against TOS and Guidelines.

So... send a AR to support with as much proof you have.

If there's a conflict based on this issue, also mention it.

 

Nobody except LL can force you remove your account/avatar.... and if LL wants it, they will do it themselves.

 

after that mute, ban and derender them... ( and keep doing that) and above all... ignore them, responding will only give them fun

In addition to Alwin's advice for in-world action, you may want to consider contacting the real life authorities (e.g. Police, FBI, etc.). Assuming blackmail is illegal in your country then the local police force will work with Linden Lab to establish your harasser's real life identity and - if possible - take action.

Just a minute.  Blackmail is a very specific activity.  Blackmail means that someone is threatening to expose you, revealing something about you that you would rather remain hidden.

It has been said that a person who WON'T be blackmailed, CAN'T be blackmailed.  If you can stand them revealing the information they are threatening to reveal, simply tell them, "publish and be damned to you!"  Of course, a better solution is to live your life in such a way that you don't HAVE any dirty secrets that a blackmailer could use against you.

It sounds as if the person wants you to remove some content from the Marketplace or from your store.  If you created the content, you have every right to sell it.  However, if you are selling content you obtained from someone without permission, you're in violation of LL's intellectual property policies.  If the creator files a DMCA notice against you, that content can be removed from Second Life by Linden Lab, in compliance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.  You are allowed to submit a counter-claim under the DMCA.
