friendship ring, what is it?

i was given this by someone i dont trust.....since then many thing have happened...i already purged the item but stil my issues remain....

If you truly deleted the item, then it can't be continuing to do anything.  You didn't say what your "issues" are, so it's hard to make any kind of guess about what causes them, and whether your friendship ring had anything to do with them.  At this point, though, your best move is to focus on the "issues" and not fret about the ring.
