Question

I give another member Lindens for a service, she left the room after I sent her 1000 L$ without giving me what she agreed on. I want the service or my Lindens back that she shole from me. I want to make a complaint so she will give me my Lindows back

Sorry.  Linden Lab won't touch that one.  As far as the Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account shows, you gave her that L$1000 as a gift.  Anything else was a private agreement between the two of you.  If she didn't live up to her part of the agreement, you'll have to work it out between you.

TOS (section 6): "You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users."

Gee, I wonder what that "service" might have been?  Never mind, I don't need to know.

This is a problem.  Should you pay someone in advance, and trust them to fulfill their end of the deal?  If you're doing something like hiring an escort, they'll insist on payment in advance...because the flip side of this problem is someone providing a service, and then not getting paid.

Anyone who routinely bilks people out of either money or services soon gets a bad reputation in SL.  If they work for a club or a group, notify the group owner.  If they are an independent, put a note about them in your Profile for others to see and take note of.

On the other hand, it's just barely possible that she had to log off, or experienced technical problems.  Before you take any action, send her a polite IM or notecard, requesting that she fulfill her part of your deal.
