Where can I contact Linden Labs? Someone is harassing me in SL and has taken in into RL also.

These people where my old SL family and when we parted they started harassing people around me. I was in child avie when they attacked me and started cussing plus threaten. It has gotten to the point they stalk me and wait for me to show up at places where I go. I block them and they have other people attack me or have their Alts do it. They have even went as far as to harass me in RL. I had to block them on Skype and on FB.

You should file an abuse report with full details of the threats.  Aside from muting them and any known alts, the AR is all you can do.  If you are no longer using a child avi then you have the option to visit new places where they are less likely to see you and cause you any problems.

LL can't do anything about RL harassment.  You must report that to your local police.

If any alts approach you do not respond to them at all. Mute them every single time and keep on doing this.

Also make sure you don't save any picks that might leave clues to where you are hanging out.

If it really bothering you could maybe create an alt yourself to give yourself a break from it?
