Is it legal, to use Disney, SesameStreet, HannaBarbera  images on items that you will sell in SL?

No. You can run afoul of U.S. copyright/trademark laws and regulations, and with the TOS unless you follow the rules. Some companies, like Disney, can be aggressive about pursuing violators, so you can become the target of a lawsuit if you are not careful.
