I’m not sure why spring gets all the credit for cleaning when each season deserves a thorough organizing session. Sometimes we let things slide for a little too long, and next thing you know, you’re late to the party and only wearing one shoe. It happens, and when it does, it’s time to talk about inventory management. As someone who may or may not lose my keys somewhere in my house, room, or even purse (Why would I put it in that pocket? I never use that pocket. Oh, it’s in that pocket.) almost everyday, I found organizing my virtual closet to be crucial. You can see above that I have broken down clothing into many categories. For the moment I’m including shoes and hair, but might need to make those their own folders as time goes on and I accidentally buy more 11-inch heels. Something casual, y’know? Before you begin, I suggest assessing your belongings to determine the major categories you want to start with and working your way down. Inworld hobbies can be important things to consider here. Do you have a truckload of dj gear, or props for photography projects? If you feel your surfboards need to be alphabetized, this is a judgment free zone. Do what works for you. Harlow Heslop has a fantastic video tutorial with detailed sections on creating folders, body parts, clothing, home and garden, and more. She actually suggests going somewhere safe where you can take all your belongings out. Visualizing things is a great way to get started. She stresses the importance of folders and how many items warrant the creation of subfolders, as it’s important to not go overboard if you want to find things easily. Hoy me he fijado que cuando copiamos una SLurl de Second Life o hacemos clic en la barra de direcciones para ver la SLurl esta viene en formato no seguro, es decir, viene como http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/[dirección de la región] en vez de con formato seguro que es https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/[dirección de la región] Para saber que es el protocolo HTTPS y porqué es mejor que el protocolo HTTP recomiendo leer el siguiente articulo: Diferencias entre HTTP y HTTPS Pues bien para cambiar el protocolo a seguro es muy sencillo, para ello necesitamos: Saber donde está instalado el visor de Second Life Usar el programa Notepad ++ (normal o portable da igual, yo uso la versión portable) que podemos descargar del siguiente link: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.5.4.html Bien pues empecemos el proceso: 1. Debemos ir a la carpeta donde tenemos instalado el visor de Second Life, en mi caso lo tengo instalado en un disco duro que es la unidad D 2. Una vez aquí hacemos clic en la carpeta app_settings para abrirla y ver el contenido 3. Ahora de entre todos los archivos que contiene esta carpeta buscamos el archivo grids.xml 4. Abrimos este archivo con NotePad ++ simplemente arrastrando el archivo al icono Notepad ++ 5. Una vez abierto el archivo en NotePad ++, buscamos por http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/.Para abrir el cuadro de búsqueda pulsamos teclas Ctrl izquierdo + f, y en el cuadro que está a la derecha de buscar escribimos http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/, a continuación hacemos clic en el botón Siguiente > 6. Una vez cliquemos el botón Siguiente > el programa nos mostrará la búsqueda realizada con fondo gris 7. Si queremos ahora podemos cerrar el cuadro de búsqueda clicando en la X de la esquina superior derecha del cuadro 8. Nos centramos donde pone http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/ y hacemos clic normal detras del símbolo > de string y aparecerá una barra parpadeante como esta: | 9. Ahora movemos esta barra con las flechas de dirección del teclado hasta situar la barra entre la p y los dos puntos y escribimos una s 10. Ahora sin tocar nada mas nos desplazamos al símbolo de Guardar, que es el símbolo superior con forma de diskette, para guardar los cambios 11.
