Since there is no thread yet about it, and it has been pretty much confirmed (atleast the plans) that there should be a Train sometime in the future roaming areas of Bellisseria... here it is! Patch Linden talked about plans of a new train for Bellisseria at the SL16B. No details were really given, but it was mentioned that would relate in some way to the current SLRR. Here is a view of Mole Island 30 where appears to be train tracks in an oval shape, with a locomotive at the north side of the tracks, a small train station and couple track switches (Blue rectangle). This could be or could be not the actual train being developed, but is a good conversation starter.

The Bellisserian Bureau for Bureaucracy, the Embassies of Bellisseria and the Mainland Tour project collaborated with Greg Timmerman and his Bar & Lounge project offer a special tour. Join us on the Bar Train for a journey by railway along the SLRR lines around Heterocera. We will also stop for a halt at the Woodland Station, the home of the Bar Train, where you will be able to collect a new stamp! Dear people, Who can point me in the right direction when it comes to scripting train wagons? I've been trying to create a multiple prim wagon and make it follow the locomotive. The problem is that as soon as I link the wagon to the locomotive, it becomes one object, meaning that the wagon and its child prims follow the locomotive as if it is one piece. Only the base of the wagon is following the rails, everything linked to that wagon is following the locomotive. Is it possible to make child prims follow a specific link number? (e.g. the wagon base is link number 2). I found a script to make a complete wagon follow another wagon without actually linking them, but when I cross a sim border, the wagon gets returned to me.
