Riviera Island is a lovely peaceful sim which has a central lake with a gazebo for anyone to use. I have owned Riviera Island since May 2013. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims were a gift for us all. We currently have available a beautiful Sunrise Corner for residential use only. Riviera Island is a Moderate sim. *Sunrise Corner 1 878 prims/LI plus 293 FREE prims/LI, the size is 3840m². A friend of me bought a latex texture from the marketplace, the texture did cost her 1,200 L$, but all she received was a prim with a notecard inside and on that notecard was the URL of a file hoster and when she checked that URL she found nothing (sounds like a scam). I told her to contact the support, she should report that and ask for a refund. She tried to do that, only problem is: she can choose only Account Issue if she clicks on Issue Type (while i can choose of Billing, Marketplace etc). She even has a "robot check" on that page (while i have nothing like this there). How can she report this issue and ask for a refund if she can't choose the right Issue type? Can i report that issue for her (since i can choose the issue type)?

support does not give support. for those about 50 times that I applied for support, I have never been provided with qualified assistance. on the contrary, when I asked to protect me from a famous "merchant" who by threats and obscene expressions and insults demanded to remove the objectionable review, I asked for an investigation. as a result, my own account was frozen for three days without any explanation. Also, for example, during a griefer attack, my property was damaged - the scripts stopped functioning, I asked for help, but I received only the on-duty phrases “we are very sorry”. fortunately managed to make a redelivery. now i just have to run from griefers. and the last time when I asked them for help to remove a review with insulting remarks from a dishonest buyer who received a refund and refused my help, in the end I was only recommended to put a flag on and wait. (waiting for the fourth day, nervous, bad sleeping). due to such inaction, forced to break the rules. I came to the conclusion that support exists for impressionable noobs; I have to solve the real problems myself.

Hey everyone, I have been on Second Life for 3 weeks and I'm in love with the damn thing. Although there's one issue. I want to be successful and shoot high. I want to learn and start earning lindens in any way possible I can. Let's start by stating my RL talents and skills. I am a very good singer. I used to sing on stage at charity events just because I loved to do it. And felt confident doing so. I used to do sound and DJ IRL for live events, (Charity work and For an example a huge event in Montana called Rockin the Rivers) I am very skilled in anything music. You see I grew up in a very musical and ambitious family. I stream video games at the moment and have been told I am very positive and very entertaining. I am very good at Video Angles and Lighting. Also have grew up playing video games and am very Tech Savvy. I pick up things fast. I am very persuasive and a have a great skill at writing. I adapt well, and am also very good at speech. I want to know everything and anything from the basics of Building, to Even the advanced of scripting, creating. I have been trying to find youtube videos to try and find out out to Create, Resell and everything in between. The problem is there are very little. I am very willing to learn and I need your help. About 2 weeks into SL I got a job as a dancer/escort and sometimes host at a club. (Yes very quickly I know) But that's just me, I'm ambitious. Problem is I barely make anything and Dancing/Escorting is not really my thing. I want to do something I may enjoy. Like for example Photography. I know nothing about photo shop or even have it. Although I would love to learn about how to actually do something. I have a lot of time on my hands IRL and I want to make something out of it. Now I have a full Maitreya body mesh, face mesh and an AO. I own 2 properties and I have quite a few selection of outfits. I caught on to the whole alpha's and how to change clothes pretty fast. I am looking for someone who can kind of guide me into the world of SL. Someone who can possibly teach me something that will make me of some value. I want to know what makes the best amount of money and just go by that. I want to try and resell other peoples creations. Because I have no skill in creating at all. I tried a few times in IMVU and tried making a tattoo and a shirt in Sl. Didn't go so well. I'm looking for someone who can educate me in this world that feels so real to me. I know there are schools InWorld but I just can't learn that way. Plus I'm not much of a role player. I want to do the real stuff. I have a neighbor who has decided to put up huge signs that tell me to kiss her Ass, she has my name on these Signs and my business name. I own a Sim and half of land, she possibly owns the plot on the SIM next to me. She owns a Whore House, I own a rental community. My Staff banned her and a few others from her establishment. We have had complaints from residents in the past whom complain about Hookers from another SIM across from us using their Sex Beds.This same Resident has a huge logo high in the sky almost encroaching on my land. She did have some items encroaching, and we sent them back. I have written at least 3 abuse reports, my spouse has also, with no intervention from the Lindens. I am a resident for 12 Years, what happened to the days when an actual Linden visited and viewed the issue? Not doing anything is allowing this idiot to do what ever they feel. Also do I not have the right to BAN anyone I want from my SIM? Especially if they are not going to rent from me, I do not see this person renting from me, what I do believe is she would want to bother my Residents to go to her establishment. This I believe is her problem, I have tried to speak to her. So she pulls this crap to what try and force my hand it is freaking annoying. I am about ready to just close my entire account, that's a pretty big monthly payment Linden labs will no longer receive if I do. What is a Legacy Avatar to do?

We are looking for two friendly outgoing people to work in our 6 Sim rental community at Darling Estates in sales and support. The basic work is simple: Show people around if they need assistance, help them find the right rental home, parcel of land for sale, or skybox rental, and be available to answer general support questions. The prerequisites are a friendly nature, patience, the ability to learn and retain information about our entire community of Sims, have a translator or be familiar with translation procedures (Google), and be online more than a few hours a day. We do not require that you stay at the offices all of the time, but you must be logged into the support board for the times you are working. The initial compensations are limited to a provided living accommodation (skybox apartment) in the Sims and a small commission on every new rental you close and retain. You will also have full access to all of the amenities and public areas of the community. As your role grows the compensation will, of course, rise and modify. This is dependent on if we retain your services beyond the probationary period. We are currently remodeling some parts of our community, so there are many open rental parcels now available. Event Manager: Event Managers will be in charge of events/discussions helping our Guest Speakers/Therapists be set up towards hosting their own events/discussions in the Learning Centre section of the Clinic.
