I am currently unemployed due to the recent layoffs. I am interested in earning real money through Second Life. How does this game allow players to earn real money? I am only aware of earning L$ in Second Life through fishing, collecting gold coins, and completing tasks in Portal Park. However, I am unfamiliar with the process of converting L$ to USD and the associated requirements. Could you please provide some guidance?

I have been gone from Second Life for so long I can't remember if I left more than a trivial amount of Lindens in here. I suspect that if I did leave a noteworthy amount of $1 in here, they might have gone missing due to changes in the currency system, or vanished due to an expired credit card, or been robbed by some clever user-their. So, who do I see about this? My memory is pretty flaky, and I tend to be online when I should be asleep, and I take mind-and-memory impairing medicine, so I might have withdrawn it. If I did, it would be the first time I ever withdrew any lindens, because it seems a bit of a hassle. I was not wanting to withdraw it now; I wanted to buy some mesh bodies and mesh clothes and such.

I need a custom payout scirpt and willing to hire a scripter if the price is reasonable. I could probably create it lyself, but that would take a lot longer as I'm still learning LSL. CONTEXT: I role-play in wild western theme, so the idea is bandits rob a bank and hide the loot ( a rezzed prim pile of money) - with clues dropped around and found through role play. If they find it then they (or any one person in the immediate group of people finding it) click on it then it pays them real L$ and it deletes itself (LLDie). Basically: A treasure hunt - if found then prize money. I've scoured MArket Place for what I need and it either does not do what I want, does not exist, or I'm using the wrong search terms. Requirements: Full perms script (If I pay for it, it's mine, including any resales, etc.) It is "prepaid" - meaning I set the entire pot that is paid out before it dies (by notecard or menu is fine). Winners must be in-range (I am thinking within 10 or 15 meters - preferably a variable I can set.) If more than one person is in range - then the payout is auto-split evenly amongst those present (so will require Agent Sensor.) Ability to choose and set an *expiration* by time or date - so that if it is never found: it will self-delete or go inert (in days, weeks, or months (or total number of seconds, etc.) The ability, once it is set-up, to "Activate" or "Deactivate" it. (Live or Dormant) Once clicked on by other than owner, regardless if payout is successful, will *auto-delete* (LLdie) - to err on the safe side (rather than vice-versa). There could be other requirements that I'm not thinking of right now, but these are the main ones. Payment on completion and demonstraion of finished script. Initial proffer is L$1,000, though this is negotiable. If settings are made directly inside the script through variables: that is okay. Hi All! I have been having issues buying L$. I have tried using My Credit Card (That i figured is not accepted because it being prepaid), And also my Debit card. (Did some test payments someplaces which worked without a hitch), Also uploaded funds to my skrill account just to make sure everything goes smoothly (It has more funds than the amount of L$'s i am trying to buy) On second life though, its another story. It says payment method added successfully (Skrill) and verification transaction proceeds smoothly. Its still not letting me Buy L$'s and throws an error. "There was an Error Processing your payment".
