Hello! I recently got a new mesh body and its bom ready, so i applied that and it was fine. suddenly the feet are blank. textures wont load on them but they load everywhere else. so i assumed this was just the body but i tried other bom compatible bodies and the exact same thing happened? I also tried different skins and same thing. I mainly use firestorm too so again, i assumed maybe it was that so I went back to the default viewer and yet again the problem persisted. This never used to happen so I don't know what's going on. I hope I can fix it because this body I'm using is really nice. [It's the 'free' classic body from The Shop btw].

I ask here, cause all of you saw more than only one Person and cause the Girl i saw it, wont tell me what Skin it is! Sooooo prettty Pleeeaassseee, does anyone know, what Brand of Skin that is? Hi Friends! I'm having a bunch of trouble with putting makeup on my avi. I've tried a couple of different eyeliner options by different brands, and I've noticed the end of the eyeliner always points down instead of up. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or is my face causing the issue? https://imgur.com/7OcXlZo For further reference I use a genus head. Additionally, When I try on makeup demos (specifically eyeliner and eyeshadow demos) I can't detach them! I click detach and nothing happens. The makeup is still there. I tried deleting the demo from my inventory and I now have one eye with makeup on! Please help! Thank you kind people in advance.

i have a mesh face spa mask, was hopiong to make a few spa facemasks i have the mesh, and i tried to rig to the provided Avistar head. but atlas's it didn't work well on my mesh head (catwa) is there a way to acess 3D devi kits for heads? ive not seen them before just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

I saw this hair on someone's avatar, and at the time I didn't know how to inspect items and see the creators profile. I was wondering if anyone here knows what the hair is called? I colored over the person's avatar for their privacy.

My friend has forgotten their password and their security question, they were wondering how the verification works through support? My friend also stated that they wouldn't have their card number since it's old and gone (if that's what they ask for for verification) so would they be able to verify with like name and dob????

I bought Lindens and I've been waiting for more than 14 days to receive them.

I can rez things but then I can't take them or delete them. In one instance an object that is no copy or modify I can see it it is still on the parcel but it is also in my lost and found folder after I got an error that could not be derezed. It is also taking a long time to rez my avatar. Can't take anything back right now. It is very frustrating. Please help!

It's something that's been bothering me for a while, sometimes when i'm looking around with the Camera it changes mode or something and becomes very hard to move having to drag the mouse more, everything looks kind of flatter also the camera wont pass through walls and objects in this mode it's zooms into them instead, like it gets stuck on them. I don't know how to describe it or what to type into a search for a solution, so i included a short video where i tried to capture the effect (Switching between the two modes) I'm using Firestorm Viewer in case that's important, please let me know if there's a way to disable this mode, thank you (Edit: Sorry about the poor image quality but the max file size allowed on here is really small, i had to keep shortening and compressing the video and convert it to Gif too. But i do think it's necessary because this is a visual problem)

Maybe I am not looking good, but is there a topic/site that explains how something like this works? I have the cube, and after that I don't know what to use to make it a small cube, like in the picture. Any help would be really appreciated.

I am new to the mesh creator circle so there are still many problems for me to upload and list my mesh to the marketplace. The shape I adjusted is not able to transfer so the mesh someone else buys may not have the same appearance with mine. But I meant to made an adjustable body mesh so anyone can resize it in their own way. Who know how to transfer the shape or any other alternative way to solve the problem?

hello everyone. I had given a friend the right to move and arrange items on my list. I forgot to de-authorize my belongings and deleted that friend from my list. I don't want him to come to my island and delete all items or make changes. How can I remove this authorization?

I purchased a legacy petite mesh body and a catwa hdpro head. I'm simply trying to get both to be the same shade of skin. I've tried some demos but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any advice for getting started with skins specifically with my products would be much appreciated. Any products you can think of would be helpful as well! Debating hiring somebody to do it for me because I just can't get it right LOL

I'm trying to get into creating tattoos and the process for creating them seemed simple enough. Except when I actually try what I created inworld...It always comes out pixelated even with a higher resolution(2048) It looks perfectly fine in photoshop. I've seen and own many beautiful tattoos that are fairly clear. How would I achieve this?

I need help please! Is there a printed list of banned words somewhere?? I have literally taken out ALL the words in the keywords field, it's COMPLETELY empty and it STILL won't let me list the item. I don't know which words I'm using that are banned but there are other listings of the same products listed already on MP (gacha items), so how did they get to list their items and it won't let me list mine??!!

I'm having trouble with my friends list going back to where everyone can see me online. One day I wanted to be alone and not be bothered by anyone so I went down my whole friends list and Un-Checked "can see when I'm online". Well now I want it back to where ALL my friends can see when I login. I re-applied the check mark next to every single name. But my friends tell me they still do not get notified and it still shows me offline. Even after rechecking each name, it doesn't save either. I log back in and all the names are unchecked again. This is becoming a hassle because friends cannot send me a teleport because I appear offline to them. And it's nice for friends to see when I login because I miss the "Hello" messages. I've checked in CTRL+P preferences... rechecked all the names, uninstalled Firestorm and reinstalled it. Downloaded BlackDragon to see if I could fix the settings in that viewer too.

So I bought a couple of hairbases for my Genus head. For some reason when I click on it nothing shows, I tried messing with the layers in the Genus HUD but it still wont show. The hairbase has the tattoo icon so I even tried messing with the tattoo layer but still nothing else shows.
