Have you ever wanted to manage a business, without all the RL expenses of owning a private region? Mogville is hiring a manager to take over recruiting and finding renters as well as advertising. We currently have 9 homes for rent as well as 36 shop stalls and 7 shop buildings. The manager hired would earn 5% on all rentals as well as 5% on all tips for those hired. Jobs you would recruit for include: DJs (I can train them if necessary), teachers, daycare workers, and others once buildings go up. Recruiting can also be for unpaid RP workers as well for traffic and lifelike purposes. Advertising would be for children avatars to attend our daycare/adoption centre & our schools... Advertising for our rentals and bar as well as town held events. Expansion of the land will happen once the positions are all full and homes and shops are filled, enabling more potential income. If you only want to take on one project, we can work with that as well. The right applicant should have knowledge on how traffic works, how to advertise, have an attention to detail, be able to take direction & communicate with myself with short weekly reports and giving feedback, and be good with people. There is no hourly wage...you would earn the maximum income when the town is full of life (renters pay rent, workers get tipped, etc). Any recruiting you want to have to help you, would come out of your own pocket. This is a family oriented seasonal M rated sim which is both newcomer friendly with some light RP. We encourage RP elements of MyStory among other RP systems. Our town is rich in trees and has a beach on the NW side. You will notice the land has little moogles scattered.
