Riviera Island is a lovely peaceful sim which has a central lake with a gazebo for anyone to use. I have owned Riviera Island since May 2013. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. We are family friendly and everyone is welcome to live here. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims were a gift for us all. We currently have a very large parcel of lake facing land available. Tobyhanna Township is a new family role play sim that features a Fire Department, Police Department, Emergency Medical Services Station, hospital and more for employment opportunities. We are a moderate community open to children and families. We have multiple different styles of homes and apartments available for rent either furnished or unfurnished upon request. Our sim is based off of the laws in place in Tobyhanna Township, PA. This sim is still under development but will be completed very soon and is fully functional as of now. Our family is seeking a rural themed homestead attached to a family sim , we enjoy being in a community setting but due to the our family business ... a modern farm , we need the land . We welcome community landscaping so that it is within your towns theme , roads may cross through and public access granted to town residents is expected.
