  1. Realmente no sé si estos foros sirven de algo, he estado buscando solucion en foros en inglés y todos se hacen bolas entre ellos mismos tratando de resolver este problema. Al final no se llega anada o solo dicen "Lo resolví" pero jamás especifican como y esto ya se está haciendo estresante para mi... trato de entrar en cualquier visor sino es que en TODOS, a cualquier cuenta y sin demorar me sale esta leyenda de error, ya he tratado de borrar caché, reiniciar todo, eliminar carpetas y nada ha funcionado ¿alguien sabe que se puede hacer? se los agradecería mucho

  6. I just purchased this vehicle and when I press engine to start the vehicle. The vehicle's front tilts up in the air. I tried everything from rebooting vehicle, different viewers, a friend tried it and still this is happening. Anyone knows how I can fix this?
  7. Just what it says, sometimes sounds are tinny right after I have teleported to a new area. For example Green Story it happens. Tinny rain sounds horrible. I have a workaround that "fixes" it but wondering what it might be related to? Workaround: teleport to location. Sound is tinny. teleport somewhere else teleport back to location, sound is perfectly fine. If for some reason I can't teleport away and back, I have to turn off the sound because it sounds awful. I use Firestorm viewer but not sure if that is related. I could check using the Second Life viewer if asked. I have had this with several areas today. I've been going to very rainy (so lots of sounds playing) areas so it might be related to the amount of sounds playing in each area?

Every time I play second life and this problem starts to appear recently, Nvidia driver crashes says OpenGL not found "From event viewer" and it only happens on SL The things I've tried: - I've clean uninstalled my driver using DDU and installed the latest version from Nvidia website and tried an older version too - I did a benchmark from uninge valley and I scored 980 without a single crash or any warning and I tested it many times - I've reset my windows , it was gone for a while but it returns after - Updated my windows to latest Version - Tried viewers other than Firestorm , I've tried Genesis , CatzNip - Reinstalled firestorm many many times and tried downloading it on my SSD and my HDD and problem wasn't solved - Disabled Dynamic Texturing option Please help me troubleshoot my issue and thank you My PC Specs: - Windows 10 64-bit latest version 22H2 - 8 GB RAM - Nvidia GT 730 - Using the latest version of Firestorm
  9. i have a problem,when i try to upload my animations(In .anim format from onigiri) i always get an error that says something about "Bad .anim file" and "upload_from requires a buffer of at least 6 bytes" is there any way to fix this?!
  10. I have a simple box prim, with one script in it. Inside the script, I have a function that should use keyframed animation to move the box up along the z axis 1m, out along the x axis 0.5m, and rotate it 90 degrees about the z axis. That's it. A single key frame, for now, just to figure out how it works. I keep getting this error over and over, though: Error, failed to play animation. Does your linkset exceed the complexity limit for keyframing? I have tried linking the simple box prim to another box prim to see if it needs to be in a linkset of more than one prim to work, and that didn't change the outcome. Here is a link to the lsl wiki page on llSetKeyframedMotion(). Here's a copy of my experiments to try to make this work. Don't let the length of the code fool you, it's all a series of commented out touch_start() events, becasue they all produce the same error, except the first touch_start() event. The first touch_start() works, and I put it in there to show what I'm trying to do with llSetKeyframedMotion(), except in the first one I do it with llSetPos() and llSetRot(). llSetPos() and llSetRot() won't do exactly what I want, but they are close enough that you can see what I"m trying to do. I really need keyframing features for what I'm trying to do, and I don't understand why it isn't working. Most of these touch_start experiments are from me trying to grab snippets from the LSL library and use them, but none of them seem to work. It probably doesn't matter, but I'm doing all this in a premium sandbox. Also, early on in the process, when I was just throwing random math at the problem, and trying to do this in a more complex script, I got a few errors about trying to rotate to NaN, and trying to move the object too fast, but I can't replicate those errors with simple code, so I'm not that worried about it. I'll fight those bugs once I figure out what the hell this linkset complexity garbage is. The wiki doesn't say anything about linkset complexity, at all.   11. Question for animation specialists. I wanted to use internal static animation/pose avatar_surf.bvh from here http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Internal_Animations but due to the use of the AVsitter I need to upload it to SL. But an error appears when uploading "Unknown joint neckDummy". In the bvh hierarchy file, I see two joints with names JOINT neckDummy and JOINT figureHair that probably cause the error. I tried to remove them but the animation is distorted. Any ideas on how to fix this? I would like to use this particular animation/pose. I post bvh here in the hope it helps. Hello, im new to the forums, but i need help. i keep trying to change my display name, but everytime i try, it tells me "Sorry, we could not set your display name, please try again later" and its been doing this for three days now. i have followed all the right steps to change it. profile- edit display name and i get the right box for it, but it wont let me. the grid status says that all systems are operational, so i cant figure out why it wont let me change my name. i didnt find any other troubleshooting pages for this, so i thought i would try my luck here.
  13. So i applied some makeup for Omega, To a MayReal Mesh Head using a Relay HUD. Sometimes it looks fine, Like when i Log in, And a few minutes later without my having done or messed with anything at all, It does stuff like this (Again, On it's own) Please advise! Thank you (This has been an ongoing issue with other Eyeliner Appliers in the past too, It's definitely not just this one)

  17. first time creating a pose i followed some tutorials from youtube i did everything i believe correctly with the keyframes and ease-in did locrot and so on.. everything seems fine and works in blender and then when i export from the render tab (still in pose mode and everything is selected) nothing shows in second life viewer it even says the file size is 3kb bc its empty and nothin was exported when i check and upload the animation in the viewer. im using avastar and blender 2.83.. and cant figure out why the export is empty

  19. Hello all fellow creators. I am trying to find out how many of you are having an issue with a Bad Gateway 504 Error when trying to get to "Transaction History" from "My Marketplace". It is a server side error and cannot be fixed on my end. I have been having this issue for almost 48 hours and despite contacting live chat and making two tickets, I have ZERO answers other than it's not just me, and they are working on it. I am really frustrated as this has bought my sales to a dead stop and that never happens. So I cannot access my transaction history at all and I cannot find a mention of this issue that according to LL is known of and affecting multiple people. I'm finding it hard to believe so I am asking if any of you are having the same problem. Thanks for reading. Aslan.

  21. Hi everybody. I play Linden Realms every week, a game with its own region that is accessed via Portal Park. Linden Realms has changed a lot within the past two years, and for a few weeks there have been problems accessing the region. When I attempt to enter the portal in Portal Park I often see an error message saying Dyna Mole's 'Linden Realms Portal.' No destinations available. Please try again later. It feels something like the traffic lights on a freeway on-ramp, the ones that allow a car on the motorway every twenty seconds or so. The portal sometimes requires a wait of several minutes though, as if LL is trying to limit the number of residents in the Linden Realms regions. Does anyone know the reason behind this? As with freeway traffic, this Portal Park error creates a bottleneck and residents get frustrated. My first thought was that LL is trying to reduce the number of game pay-outs, but the pay-out was already recently reduced from L50 to L25, such a small amount that the number of players seems to have been reduced greatly. I've also found in recent weeks that there are often "decoy crystals" - crystals that you can run over or click on, and nothing changes. The crystals do not enter your Linden Realms HUD inventory. It is as if these decoy crystals are there simply to frustrate players. To be fair, if I don't notice that my Linden Realms HUD has detached, any crystals I run over persist as decoy crystals there until my HUD reattaches. If the HUD reattaches after I have crossed a region border, the crystals persist unless I return to that region. If I return, the decoy crystals vanish. There is only one decoy crystal that is clearly intentional as a part of the game (in The Valley, LR 184 for example); the rest of these seems like errors. Are the decoy crystals I'm seeing the result of players once again using bots to clear all the crystals in a region? I enjoy Linden Realms; it's an easy retro game pastime and provides me with a handful of Linden Dollars that help with rent. But I worry that LL may be intentionally frustrating both access and play as a precursor to eliminating Linden Realms entirely. The only upside of this is that if Linden Realms were taken down I would no longer have to enter Portal Park - a fellow resident has made Portal Park 1 his home, and his avatar stands there staring at everyone as they arrive. Legal? Yes. Creepy? Definitely.
  22. Several hours ago a bunch of Script Warning / Error / Debug messages appeared: Unable to create item '' that has caused problems on this region. I was in my home / the region I rent, and when these messages appeared I was suddenly unable to rez anything - anything at all. I logged out, rebooted, and logged in, only to get the same error messages and most of my clothing and body did not load. I've made no changes to property settings. I tried using an alt, but the problem repeated. I tried using alternate viewers, but same result. My av's body and clothes appear only when I teleport to a different region and "wear" the outfit again. This is weird - it feels like my IP address has been blocked by the owner of the region where I rent. I quickly inquired with the property owner, but have heard nothing back. No way to know until they respond. I'm quiet, keep to myself, and cause no trouble, so don't think there's any reason for an IP block, but you never know. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to fix it?
  23. Hello just bought a new pc and started to open up secondlife app only to give me an error message saying something about my graphics card is outdated, needs update or needs to reinstall. So this doesn't even open at all enough for a login option. Before I try and attempt to remedy this from any of the above suggestion, I want to make sure that the drive is good to run secondlife? Those that encounter similar situation that I am now, please tell me how did you resolve this? UPDATE: Contacted dell and I've updated everything that I need. And reinstall secondlife, only to come to the same error message. The only thing I could think of is, secondlife hasn't tested this for the series of graphic drives I'm using. Anyone else experienced this?? ================= Here's my computer specs: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM)i7-11700@2.50GHz, 16GB Memory AMD Radeon™ RX 6700 XT
  24. I logged out of Second Life with my FireStorm Viewer yesterday, and now,. 24 hours later, I'm stuck at "requesting Region Capabilities." ugh. I did the following.... • Tried loading into a different region(s) - no luck • Restarted puter • Restarted Router - and checked connection speed (good) • Removed both SL and Phx/FireStorm viewers, and did a "fresh" install of both • Made sure my Security software (firewall) allowed Second Life and FireStorm as Exceptions. • Tried Launching both as Admin. Nothing seems to work, Any ideas? Or am I just... screwed. lol

Tonight a friend told me that she saw me online all this day from even before noon, which is wrong because I have not logged in at any time today before 10pm, I would like to know what could have happened? I use firestorm as the main viewer. As an additional piece of information, my friend sent me a message earlier when I was supposed "online" but immediately afterwards I switched to "offline"
